this is another house that we saw on the tour that we loved. the layout of this one was perfect. lots of different levels, rooms, patios, and views. it had lots of nooks, and felt really open but still private. the owners are unsure of the architect, but they believe he/she was Greek. it was originally homesteaded for $500. there was a little tiny hut that the original person built on the property so that they could keep it. its now storage and the house is on the hill just above it. i should have taken pictures of the art in the house, they had an amazing selection. lots of originals, and lots of iconic stuff too.
