winter walk

Emily and i went on a little hike up millcreek one day in january, it was really only the second or third decent snow of the winter.

It wasn't snowy enough to snowshoe, and it was icy enough that we couldn't hike very far without slipping. it was kind of like playing the game chutes and ladders, do you know it? You climb up a little bit, and then slide down a lot.

If i ever disappear, you can come looking for me up in neffs canyon. I love it there.

i dont even need to say much. it is perfect. a simple home in a small town, kinda woodsy, but overlooking the ocean. all windows on one side, wrap around porch. heaven.
