i love vegetables. this time of year i think i over-eat because there are too many vegetables that look too tasty. Those tomatoes above are like candy to me. chop them up with some herbs and mozzerella, bake a flatbread to scoop them into my mouth with and i'm in heaven. or grilled corn with chile lime butter, washed down with some fresh mint limeade? yes pleasey. i had a little summer dinner with some friends so that i could have an excuse to buy food like crazy at the farmers market. you hardly need to do anything with fresh vegetables because they sell themselves, but here are some recipes from the www i've been loving lately
